Datatron are one of the UK`s leading Medical Records scanning specialists. We have been processing these very sensitive records for over 10 years for many Trusts up and down the UK. We work very closely with our NHS clients to provide seamless collection and scanning services which track records from selection through to destruction. Our services work in unison with the requirements laid out in the NHS Code of Practice for the Management of Heath Records and in addition meet the BS10008 standard for legal admissibility.
We are proficient in scanning for multiple departments across multiple sites with the use of our bespoke tracking software both the client and Datatron can monitor the progress and location of individual documents giving the department constant access the their records during the archiving process.
